Teamwork: the combined action of a group of people, especially when effective and efficient.

Our team, at Bruner and Duvall Orthodontics, begin our days with Dr. Bruner and Dr. Helgen leading a morning huddle. Like any great team, the huddle brings us together as a unit and helps us to stride forward knowing we have each others backs. Furthermore, it is here that we honor the members of our team and treat them like family. All of us are stronger than one of us, and together we can provide better care for our patients than we ever could as individuals. As a team, we celebrate our victories and hold each other accountable for our failures.

Most days, Dr. Bruner and Dr. Helgen are the ones creating victory by honoring the team and our patients. But today, our team flipped roles around to honor Dr. Bruner on his birthday. You can see the joy on his face in this spectacular photo:
