While in orthodontic treatment there is nothing more important than having good oral hygiene. Good oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment allows for faster tooth movement, less chance of caries (cavities) or white spots to form, and a healthier overall result. This is why Bruner Orthodontics and Duvall Orthodontics hosted our 7^th Annual Dental Hygienist Appreciation Night. Last week we had 50 RDHs (Registered Dental Hygienists) attend our continuing education dinner. Everyone had a great time!

Our celebration dinner was at Matt’s Rotisserie in Redmond. There was a lot of great food and it’s always fun to get that many RDHs together. Giving back to our community is one of the many things  Dr. Matt Bruner and Dr. Lindsey Helgen love to do. On this evening they lectured about Modern Smile Design using Braces and Invisalign.

At Bruner Orthodontics we are always trying to achieve the best results for our patients. We love to learn and to teach. And we love to have fun. Dr. Bruner had shirts made for our beloved RDHs that said, “TRUST ME, I’M A DENTAL HYGIENIST.” And nothing could be more apropos. You see our patients love the hygienists and they do trust them. Everyone loved their new shirts and is wearing them with pride!
